Cognitive behavioral therapy offers a drug-free method for managing insomnia

In a study of the results from 20 different trials of CBTi, researchers found that on average people treated with CBTi fell asleep almost 20 minutes faster and spent 30 fewer minutes awake during the night vs. people who did not use CBTi.
